What can be the next step???

What can be done in this situation.

After running my mind to many possibilities the solution that I found wasREMODIFICATION of the cart.

Why? Because that is the only way people will start coming to the stall seeing it all hygenic and clean with no chaos in it.  The arrangement also plays an important role thus, I chose that way out of this situation.

Many thoughts started running through my mind but what I wanted to achieve was something productive and innovative as being a design student I should have some creative ideas Isn't it?

And then began the journey towards the design that was to be prepared.
