Now the units ,which we observed in a group need to be researched thoroughly .
So, here comes our second field visit
1st comes CHUSKI WALA
- vendor was from past 20 years in kamla nagar
-uses simple instrument like a wood to shred the ice
-very small but very well organised
-a chuski cost Rs.30/-each flavor and sells Banta of Rs.20/- each and water bottle on M.R.P. on it
-served in plastic glass
-has several flavors like kala khatta , orange,rose etc.
-used umbrella as a shelter to protect cat in rainy season or in summers from heat.
2nd comes PINEAPPLE VENDOR
-people are buying it because of its sweetness and freshness
-he was there from past 15 years
-hygienic concern was very well seen
pineapples was covered in plastic sheets
uses gloves while cutting the pineapple
-charges Rs.20/- per plate
-cuts pineapple in style ,which attracts the customers [USP of him to sell his product]
3rd comes SUGARCANE JUICE VENDOR
-he has a transportable cart and moves all in kamla nagar
-earlier used to stand on one place , which decrease his sale
-1 glass of juice cost Rs;10/-
-sell around 40 to 50 glasses of juice in day
-he is living in kamala nagar from past 20 years
-he uses sugarcane, hand cranked machine ,lemon to add flavor
-but he has not arranged all the things in an organised manner
-mostly middle class and low class peoples are coming to drink
-rang the bell which hangs on his cart, to call peoples
4th comes CHURAN WALA
-sells his product through weighing machine
-he was there from past 10 years and has a fixed place
-has lot of varieties in churans and saufs
-arrangement was appreciable, that on such a small scale he has very attractively kept all his products.
-has different rates according to weighs
After, doing lot of research we were totally exhausted and went to Woodbox cafe to chill
later went back home and here comes the end of our day.
