As discussed in the previous post about the problem, i've come up with a simple solution which is a SPITTOON. As it is a simple solution but the shop owner wasn't aware about it, he just new that a dustbin is enough for these things, so i've kept my solution very easy- a spittoon with sand in it of half the height of an average person.
