Here,starts our new module "DESIGN SOLUTION", it was a group module, in which we have to select one area and do research on it ,find the problem and then giving the solution for it.
Groups of 5 students were made and AFTER LOTS OF BRAINSTORMING AND DISCUSSION,
we selected " NORTH CAMPUS " as our area of research.
Guidelines given to us was ,we have to go there ,choose any five units and just observe it carefully.
THERE COMES OUR FIRST FIELD VISIT:
North Campus,a brand name for students ,is famous for its hang out places or should I called 'Addas' [as called by students].The excitement of being in campus takes over the moment once I entered in that area.The surrounding area is always buzzing and has momo stands, banta vendors .
As I move forward, there were many famous colleges like SRCC, HANSRAJ, KHALSA . Right adjacent to hansraj college,there was a place called Kamla Nagar,a hotspots for students.Brimming with joint serving Chinese, Tibetan, North Indian- they also have major chain brands like CCD, Barista, Costa Coffee. But the real attraction is at Daawat-e-N=Mezbaan for mughlai. I further found an amazing thing , that there being a mall constructed on the CHAURAHA of the Bunglow road, there is less traffic in that area ,as mall provide parking area.
Further, I move , I saw the PINEAPPLE VENDOR, pineapple is in season right now and people are buying it because of its sweet nature and freshness.
I saw the vendor, he has kept in mind the HYGIENE aspect, covered the pineapple with plastic sheet and uses gloves.
Further, I saw the CHUSKI VENDOR, there were lot of peoples who were buying it .he sells banta as well as water bottles also, which increases his sell
.
He has arranged all the stuff in one cart only, which was very attractively placed.Lots of flavor can easily recognized, because of its arrangement.
Just there only, I saw the SUGARCANE VENDOR JUICE CART, which was unorganized and unhygienic ,very few peoples were coming and drinking it.
When I was going back for home I saw the PAN SHOP, there was not much space to stand ,as it was small and lots of people were also buying it .Pan was available in many varieties, which is giving the refreshment sort of feeling.
After, having pan I was tired and went back home .
The experience there was amazing "EAT,DRINK,PLAY AND EXPERIENCE VARIOUS HUBS ACROSS THIS CRAZY AREA"
