THE SOLUTION OFTEN TURNS OUT MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PUZZLE.

As the problem is sorted out ,I step towards  the final step, which is to find out the solution.
Therefore, the solution which I came up is Modification of Sugarcane cart .

For modification-
.shelter will be there from sun and rain protection to the cart as well as the seller.

;boxes on carts both sides for the sugarcane to be properly placed
.box for the left over or pressed sugarcane beside the cart

.some graffiti done on cart ,so that it look more attractive to  the customers.

This is the sketch of modified cart ,basically visualization how it be will look.
Therefore, with this, our one of the module finishes over here.
Hope to write soon again..

Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is
going to determine how you're going to live your life.

MERCHANDISE /PRODUCT &MARKET:-

REASON BEHIND CHOOSING THIS OCCUPATION:
He sells sugarcane juice, because he found there is no particular season of it  to drink.
- It sells  whole the year ,
- And found it profitable because, people usually drink sugarcane juice because of its healthy aspect.
- So, sale is absolutely there.

HOW HE SELLS IT:
HE just rang the bell hang on its THELA , wherever he go ,to call peoples around him.

HE has set up all of his items in one thela ,but in an unorganized manner,
which looks more of unhygienic.

COMPETITION:
There is no as such competition for him ,as he move all around  the north campus
-And this give him the plus point in his sale.
HE IS THE MONOPOLISTIC SELLER
-Because, earlier  he used to stand in one place, and  sells 20 to 30 glasses
But ,now he sells 40 to 50 glasses
.
A bad system will beat a good person every time.

PROCESS   AND  SYSTEM

-And  then again,  pressed sugarcane were passed  from machine to extract excessive juice.

-Finally  , juice is filtered through funnel for removing any particle.

He sells 40 to 50 glasses a day ,
which means around 400 to 500 bucks were earned by him

He packed  the juice in  a polythene, if someone insist

Final Solution....

The design solution that I came to was remodification and being a group project we all combined our ideas and designed a cart which would go for everyeverybody's solution. As, remodification was the basic solution foe all.

This is the design we came up with.
We made it on Google Sketchup which is a software for designing 3-D models.
This design is a perfect blend for all the solutions of each and every team mate.
It has all the requirements from arrangement, partitions to clenliness and is common for all team members just with different purposes of places and different placements.

What innovation can be brought for a Chuski Wala?

What can be the next step???
What can be done in this situation.
After running my mind to many possibilities the solution that I found wasREMODIFICATION of the cart.
Why? Because that is the only way people will start coming to the stall seeing it all hygenic and clean with no chaos in it.  The arrangement also plays an important role thus, I chose that way out of this situation.

Many thoughts started running through my mind but what I wanted to achieve was something productive and innovative as being a design student I should have some creative ideas Isn't it?

And then began the journey towards the design that was to be prepared.

In depth study

After asking the chuski wala everything about his profession and income I got to know that he doesn't have much problem the thing that he requires is just a little more income than what he is earning which is like 900 in summers and only two to three hundered in winters as at that time people don't prefer having chuski.
To get a clear picture of the situation I just observed the customers and people passing by. The people wanting to have or not were giving a glance at it, be it children or elders. So, I talked to few people who were passing by. The major problen that I got to know was the hygene thing. They were not sure if the ice was filtered and the way that it was kept wass too messy just to adjust without propper arrangement thus I found my opportunity area and started working on it.

Talk with Chuski Wala

After a talk with Chuski wala I got to know a lot about it. From the raw materials to the process to the marketing.
For getting the answers from the seller I went under his skin and to make him comfortable i asked him about his family and i also praised his chuski and told him what he wanted to hear and that made him easy with me. due to that, i got all my answers about everything I wanted to know.

I got to that h brings the ice from the filter water factory near the area and when asked about the flavors he said that he himself make it which i think is not true as people get it at cheap rates
and is more preservable.

You got to see the process that with such simple paraphernalia he gets out such b
colourful and yummy chuski.

"Progress is a process"

As we know we have different culture and religions similarly nariyal is used in different cultures in different ways.

In some states it is consider as a holly thing people breaks the nariyal before the commencement of something good.
As in south side nariyal as an ingredient is used a lot.

Not only this the nariyal is a kind of a booster, which cure diseases as well. Most of the people have it for the flawless skin .

To enjoy this fruit we can easily find these coconut water vendors available roadside. The process goes like this,

First, vendor keep the nariyal on wooden slab, then with a big sharp knife they chamfer the nariyal from above after that they make a hole inside it n put a straw inside it to have this (elixir) amrit.

"If the challenge exists so must the solution"

Solution of the problem

Solution for Coconut water vendor

Modification of the cart by fixing the wooden box under the cart and a hole above the cart so that vendor can dump the leftout shells from the hole, which goes straight inside the box therefore, the  surrounding area will also be neat and clean and drains will not be clogged.

"EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE FED UP

YOU GOT TO KEEP YOUR HEAD UP"

As discussed in the previous post about the problem, i've come up with a simple solution which is a SPITTOON. As it is a simple solution but the shop owner wasn't aware about it, he just new that a dustbin is enough for these things, so i've kept my solution very easy- a spittoon with sand in it of half the height of an average person.

"NEVER GIVE UP

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ENDING

ITS JUST A NEW BEGINNING"

Life says that there is no end to problems, i say that there is always a solution to every problem. The opportunity/problem area which i identified is the spit marks of paan around the shop, it is lowering down its sale as it is not cleaned.
So i thought to help him out, so now if you have any solution for this so please leave your comment.

"MANY THINGS AREN'T EQUAL,
BUT EVERYONE GETS THE SAME
24 HOURS A DAY - 7 DAYS A WEEK.
WE MAKE THE TIME
FOR WHAT WE TRULY WANT"

A feeling of enthusiasm was there in all of us to explore new things as we were handed over the assignment. The overall mood is energetic as a lot of students come there and presence of good marketing  opportunities is spotted.

Having some tasty street food while doing a research gives you a boost. Therefore the people out there have less manners, never mind. We'll suggest that this area is a fusion of taste, a good market to shop and paan spits... ;)

                                      OF YOU, PALES IN COMPARISON
                                                      TO WHAT LIES INSIDE
                                                              OF YOU"

Comparison between the street and showroom accessories shops

Comparing the street and showroom accessories shops the cost of the product differ although, the quality is almost same but the packaging is such that the people  get attracted. Street accessories are  facing the space problem while the showroom accessories shops are not. As, we consider accessories as a luxury so this comes out to be a drawback for the street accessories sellers  whereas,  turns out to be a very great advantage for the showrooms.

History of Paan

Paan has been an important part in social life and customs for hundreds of years in India. In the courts of the Moghul kings and other medieval rulers, paan was chewed as a palate cleanser and a breath freshener; and was offered as part of hospitality, friendship and love.

It is said that paan was invented by the scholars of Ayurveda with the help of Dhanvantari thousands of years ago. Reference of paan is also found in Shrimad Bhagavatam as Lord Krishna used to chew it.

It is said that the tradition of eating paan was popularised by Queen Noorjehan, Empress of the Mughal Dynasty. In the olden days, women used natural ingredients for makeup and cosmetics. Queen Noorjehan discovered that by adding some ingredients to the paan and eating it gives a beautiful natural red colour to the lips. So apart from its taste, the paan was eaten by women for reddening the lips.

According to Sushrata, the patriarch of ancient Indian medicine, paan keeps the mouth clean and strengthens the voice, tongue and teeth and guards against diseases. It is also said to aid in digestion and purify blood.

Paan eating was taken to its zenith of cultural refinement in the pre-partition era in North India, mainly Lucknow, where paan eating became an elaborate cultural custom, and was seen as a ritual of the utmost sophistication.
