Tell me what i got to do to get this champagne going what i got to do to get this coconut flowing ? 

After , exploring lots of units in Kamla Nagar, I came down to one unit i.e. "COCONUT WATER"
Later, I researched "Coconut water " in 5 different aspects -
1. PEOPLE ,SOCIETY AND CULTURE:

History of coconut wala : The owner of the stall is Rameash and he 

has set up his stall there from past 15 years. As Ramesh now don’t 

keep so well so his son Bhanu has taken up the job and left his 

studies.

2.OBJECT AND MATERIALS:

COCONUT WATER

Coconut , straw , wooden slab,

Tool to cut, disposable glass,

Wagon.

Further,research in 3 more aspects :

AMBIENCE AND  VISUAL CULTURE:- 

Overall mood or feel of the place is very –

                              RELAXING

                             CAREFREE

                              HAPPY  

                             JUVENIAL

-Mostly, college students and women's were seen in  happy and carefree mood.

Lot of shops and thela wala  were also there around it

   Like-   :sports shop

              :Golgappe wala

              : sparks mall

              : pineapple wala

Lots of branded showroom were also there –

                       LAKSHITA

Overall , I feel really relaxed and chill out by look out the ambiance.
All of my tiredness exhausted.

Now the research part was completed, ahead  in the group,we all have to select one unit from the researched one's and find out the problem and then solution of it.
     BUT SONNER WE GOT THE NEWS THAT FROM NOW WE ALL HAVE TO DO INDIVIDUAL  WORK

we will take 1 unit each and find the problem and then solution
but,before that we all have to distribute our respective units research into 5 apsects
-people,society and culture
-object and material
-ambiance and visual cultural
-process and system
-merchandising

SO, I took SUGARCANE JUICE VENDOR   and distribute my research into 5 aspects

 PEOPLE, SOCIETY  AND CULTURE:

ABOUT SELLER:

-The owner of the stall is Rakesh and he is living in kamala Nagar from past 20 years.

-He is in this business [sugarcane juice cart] from past 20 years, and continue to do in future also.

-Earlier he used to stand in one place in kamala Nagar and sells 20 to 30 glasses a day

      But now, he walks all in the north campus and sells 40 to 50 glasses a day .

-He belongs to the  Zamadar  Community.

-He usually earns 400 to 500 bucks a day, which is not enough for him to earn his living.

-He has two children ,one goes school and one does not.

- He has not properly organised his thela , all the objects were scattered .

Chuski Wala

EVERYONE YOU MEET WILL KNOW SOMETHING YOU WONT....

Chuski also known as GOLA or BARF KA GOLA is very popular among youngsters and kids. Elders also like it but seeing the weather and thinking about the hygiene they often refuse it and they restrain their kids as-well.

Chuski is the DESI version for an ice cream but then too people prefer ice cream...   WHY? Just because it has a company an the normal chuski wala doesn't have a big manufacturing factory.
It is also hygienic as a chuski seller wont want a person getting ill because of him that will reduce his sale.

You have seen the different flavors on the chuski stand you see it and you  find it interesting. You have to agree that colors are the one point that attracts you towards it.
Now eating it and enjoying it upto you.

5. A mix of vegetable and fruit powder (Heera Panna)

7. Dates (Khajoor)
8. Grated Saffron Betel Nut (Kesari Supari )
